Meet Our eLearning Developers: Martha Roth

Continuing the series introducing you to our eLearning Contributor team, we'd like you to meet Martha Roth.

Martha has been involved with customer service in some way ever since she could say "Would you like biggie fries with that?"

She has a deep passion for customer service, so much so that she went to the College of St. Scholastica for a degree in organizational behavior!

Meet Our eLearning Developers: Tabitha Wiedower

Continuing the series introducing you to our eLearning Contributor team, we'd like you to meet Tabitha Wiedower.

Tabitha has a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and a Masters in Instructional Design & Technology from Georgia State University.

Her professional experience includes Early Childhood Education, Gifted certification, Online Educator Certification, and Math Endorsement.

Tabitha's organizational involvement includes being Secretary for Decatur Farm to School, Afterschool Tech Club, and Tech-Related Professional Learning. She has had Extra Mile Nominations as well.

Meet Our eLearning Developers: Rob Norgon

Continuing the series introducing you to our eLearning Contributor team, we'd like you to meet Rob Norgon.
 
Rob has a BS and MS degree in Business Education from Bemidji State University.
 
His professional experience includes 34 years of teaching  at Pequot Lakes High School in Pequot Lakes, MN,  12 years of adult education experience teaching community education courses on Microsoft Office.  18 of his 32 years in the Army Reserve he spent teaching Nuclear, Biological and Chemical subjects. Rob also holds a Microsoft Office Specialist certification in Office 2003 and 2007, and he has been a  Microsoft Certified Trainer since 2009.  In his time with Atomic Learning, he has created 850 software training tutorials!
 
Rob's organizational involvement includes being active in the Minnesota Business Education Association and the National Business Education Association while teaching at Pequot Lakes.  He has been involved with the Nisswa Jaycees for 12 years, holding local, regional and state offices.  He has also been a member of his Church council at Nisswa Lutheran Church of the Cross for 6 years.
 
Rob's awards include Pequot Lakes Teacher of the Year in 1990, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Army Accommodation Medal with 3 oak leaves from 32 years of Army Reserve service.  
 
In his spare time, Rob enjoys traveling, cooking, barbequing, smoking, and drives in his 2001 Corvette Coupe.

Meet Our eLearning Developers: Heather Slee

Continuing the series introducing you to our eLearning Contributor team, we'd like you to meet Heather Slee.

In addition to being an Atomic Learning eLearning content developer, Heather is also an author of YA fiction.

When asked what drew her to want to create training, Heather said "I’ve wanted to teach ever since I was little and would stand in front of my classroom of stuffed animals teaching them about helping verbs. (Yeah. I’m a dork.)"

Meet Our eLearning Developers: Matt Lenz

Continuing the series introducing you to our eLearning Contributor team, we'd like you to meet Matt Lenz.

Matt enjoys gardening/landscaping, historic home restoration projects, travel photography, freelance music production projects, cooking, biking, and spending family time outside.

When asked what drew him to want to create training, Matt said "I’ve spent a lot of time in the past doing in-person training. The idea of creating training that’s available to someone anytime they need it, is really exciting."

Meet Our eLearning Developers: Beth Bruestle

Continuing the series introducing you to our eLearning Contributor team, we'd like you to meet Beth Bruestle.  

Between undergraduate and graduate degrees, Beth gained valuable experience in several different environments: retail, business, training, and education. The majority of her work experience has been as a computer software trainer, which involved training business professionals in various software applications and gave her the opportunity to perfect her computer skills and become a Microsoft specialist.

In 2002, Beth received her Master’s Degree in Information Media/Educational Media as well as a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Technology. She spent the next four years teaching at the K-12 and University levels as a Media Specialist and a Reference Librarian. The opportunity to become a full-time member of the eLearning Content Team became available in 2007, and Beth has been the Microsoft go-to person ever since!

When asked what excites her about helping others learn, Beth said: "To see the light bulb turn on is a fantastic feeling! Creating a comfortable learning environment, allowing learners to digest information at their own pace, and contributing to an individual’s achievements and success is a great high!"

If she could spend a day doing whatever she wanted, Beth would choose to relax and enjoy the books she has purchased for her Kindle but has not had time to read!

Meet Our eLearning Developers: Amanda Peters

Continuing the series introducing you to our eLearning Contributor team, we'd like you to meet Amanda Peters.  

Before becoming an eLearning content developer with Atomic Learning, Amanda worked as a District Assistive Technology Coordinator and Teacher for Physically Impaired. She assisted teams in assessing students’ needs for assistive technology and set up device trials.
